With our B.G.L.E.E. Mentoring Initiative (Black Girls Learning, Emerging, Excelling), our aim is to build a pipe-line of leaders among our African American girls between the ages of 9-16 with the self-confidence and the skills necessary to become effective and influential leaders.  Our Mentoring program integrates and cultivates integrity, self-worth, honesty, decision-making, friendship power, and responsibility.
